3. Product Information & Availability

• All products are subject to availability.
• Prices, weights, and packaging may vary slightly based on seasonal and market conditions.
• We strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occur.
• Images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the product delivered.

4. Ordering & Payment

A. How to Order:

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or approved vendor channels.
• Orders are only confirmed after we acknowledge receipt and verify availability.

B. Payment Methods:

We accept:

• Bank transfer
• Paystack, Flutterwave, or Moniepoint (as applicable)
• Cash on Delivery (for approved areas only)

C. Pricing:

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Prices include packaging but do not include delivery unless stated.

5. Delivery Policy

• We currently deliver in Jos, Abuja, and select cities in Nigeria.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm.
• Delivery charges apply and vary by location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or uncontrollable events (e.g., weather, traffic).

6. Cancellations & Refunds

A. Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement (via WhatsApp or call).
• After confirmation, cancellations may not be possible due to perishability.

B. Refunds:

We offer refunds or replacements for:

• Wrong or damaged items
• Spoiled products on arrival (if reported within 12 hours with photo evidence)
• Delayed deliveries not caused by customer error

No refunds for:

• Change of mind after dispatch
• Improper storage after delivery

7. Intellectual Property

8. User Conduct
